This site's privacy

This site sets no cookies, has no forms and no analytics, and loads nothing from any other company: even its fonts are served from here. It does not know who you are.

The server that delivers these pages may keep ordinary technical logs, such as an address and the time of a request, to keep the site running and safe. Nothing in them is used to follow a visitor.

If you write to us, your message is read by a person and used only to answer you.

UpEasy's own notices

The CRM is a different place with different rules: an agency's seafarers, their documents and their consents. Its privacy notice, terms of use, data processing agreement and the list of every company that touches the data are at app.upeasy.app/legal.

In short: the crewing agency owns its records and decides what happens to them, and we only process them on its instructions. Records are stored in the European Union, in Frankfurt. A seafarer never pays anything, under MLC 2006, Regulation 1.4.
